Today I write about the infamous M3, moves, mottos, and motivation. Its crazy how in life we have these theories and thoughts of what moves , mottos, and motivations we have. Well through this I will write M3 in reference to all three.
Moves: it is a form of directive
I start off with moves because in life we can't do anything if we don't make moves. My moves where to go to the doctor and look at how much I weighed , get the weight, change my stress levels, change my fridge and then get a membership to a gym and last work out. When I began doing those things I found myself to create a motto in life.
Motto: a goal or inspirational being to
Motivate.
My second step was my motto and my motto to myself in life and will stay with me forever (believe, achieve , and move forward). I was using move forward before Obama campaign lol! But no those words became the strength to my everyday life when I started to lose weight, and my motto started with my moves. I lost many friendships and relationships due to this motto because it was either I was going to be healthy and happy or I was going to try to make everyone happy and that wasn't the life I should have been living.last was motivation.
Motivation: something that brings the individual to do or continue to do great things.
Last, motivation was the key to my 15 pound weight loss. My motivation started with my friend Tiff. One day she decided she had to lose weight and she looked so good and then I decided I had to do it. Another motivation was my mother my mother lost a lot of weight to for her health. My final motivation was my doctor telling me I was 197, I had high blood pressure, and had low iron, and thats all I needed to get on my weight loss journey and now I am happy so now find out what's your M3 to move, motto, and motivate in life.

Holiday eating and all that it brings
Hey bloggers today am speaking to you about holiday healthy eating, I know we are all allowed a cheat day, but how about a cheat day the healthy way. With my brand new weight loss I learned how to eat what I want in portions, like for thanksgiving we know its an American tradition that a lot of people in this country take seriously. You have turkey, stuffing, potato salad, mashed potatoes, salad, vegetables, biscuits, and desserts for days. Well everything you see is good, but me myself I like to limit what I eat. This year I choose to fill up my plate one time and no dessert. I bake sweets all the time and I found myself to lose my sweet tooth
1. Because I love my pearly whites
2. I dont like being at the dentist more then twice a year. I not stopping you from having sweets, but if you choose dessert make sure its low in calories so the guilty feeling is not there. Good luck my bloggers and enjoy your thanksgiving.

Changing and fitting
Hey bloggers last night I tried on my motivation dresses and I was so happy to see that I fit them. This is one of the dresses. On the left, that was in March 2012 and the one on the right was last night. If you pay attention u can see the definition of my body and there is no stomach. I am posting today to tell you get that motivation dress,jeans, shirt or even shoe that you want to fit in and it will push you to work harder and do better.

Being safe while detoxing
Today I went to the gym and felt as if I almost died felt like Deja Vu! While working out with a friend and after running the trendmill for 30 minutes and feeling fine, I decided to get on the bike and ride for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes I noticed myself stopping and feeling that my chest becoming tight. I still manage to move not remembering that I started a detox yesterday, and that all I consumed was fruit. I also had went to the gym the day before and had went hard for 2 hours. WORDS OF THE WISE: DO NOT , I MEAN DO NOT DETOX AND WORKOUT AND FOR YOU LADIES WHO WORKOUT LIKE ME DO NOT DO IT ON YOUR MONTHLY. Losing oxygen is the worst feeling ever, and to experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I recommend before detoxing consult with a doctor. I can detox because I consulted with my doctor, and I found a workout routine that worked for me. I will never tell you not to, but you must always consult with your doctor before doing anything. I see a lot of women who have developed weight gain and have also gone on diets, but in the wrong way. We all men and women need to do it the right way and take our time to lose weight the natural and right way. The weight lost jorney always starts with prayer, mind function, and belief. Well bloggers I also will be developing a youtube page so get ready. Stay strong and until you make your goal work hard.

raise and grind
hey bloggers sorry I haven't been here taking to much time losing weight in a week I lost 4 pounds thats right four pounds ! 😌 I am blessed to say that not only did prayer get me here but hard work, detection, and self love. Today am going to give you the top five ways of losing weight.
1. detox once a month. Choose a week where you are comfortable and do a detox I do the GM detox, but there are plenty out there for you to enjoy.
2. once a week a 24 hour fast! If you like to have fun with friends and drink like I do, a fast of just water and natural fruit juice cleanses your system which can help also with a hangover.
3. Push yourself! when you hit the gym add an extra day, extra work out, or extra time every week. Your body gets use to the workout. What I normally do is add 10 to 15 more to my workout.
4. Go through it with friends. I always try to push my friends but you can only lead the horse to the water. What my motivation and my support is my family especially my sister and my best friend without them and their support I would be a coach potato.
5. Last but not least, prayer and yoga! As a child I was always to believe prayer can do anything . Every morning and night I have a conversation with God and do my breathing a stretching.
So to you my bloggers let's do this and do this right.

the road to greatness and recovery
A lot of you may be thinking why the title right well the word greatness means : an outstandingly superior or skillful person, and the word recovery means: the act, process, or an instance of recovering.
I am writing this blog to bring you through my sadness, pain, and depression. When I noticed that my weight gain in 2011 of March was out of control I began to look at myself that this wasn't going to work.
well today my recovery is 15 pounds later and happy as hell. This my journey and I want you bloggers to be happy and healthy. I will be adding healthy meals for children to eat and enjoy, you as an adult can enjoy, and some smoothies the whole family will enjoy. This is going to be a time we get healthy happy and hearty .

A walk to the glory road
So yesterday in the gym I burned 744 calories can you say proud of myself, yes I am! I was told by someone if you believe in God you can believe in yourself. Every Sunday I watch Joel Olsteen and I feel like every message he puts out is a message that encourages me to do better. Yesterday's message was about taking the negative words people throw at you and making them positive.
Bloggers in my journey I learned to pray, to work out harder, to eat healthier, and to do better. The more we continue to put nutrients in our bodies the more we cleanse our systems, and then cleanse ourselves. Ladies and gentlemen the money we spend on trainers, gym memberships, diet plans, and etc. We need to find that will power to embrace ourselves.Look since May I have lost 12 pounds and 4 pants sizes and a shirt size.
This halloween my costume was a medium. I also started to breathe better, fast for 24 hours, and just stay strong when seeing temptation. Remember the guide is not only to help you but encourage you to do better.

fitness and health
hey bloggers I am here not only to help you, but to teach you how to keep yourself healthy and happy. In this blog I am going to show you clothes that you can wear for your transition in a weight loss, hair styles for you ladies who are transitioning natural, and a few recipes that will keep you not only healthy but all under 500 cals.
Growing up in a home of healthy eating and everyday cooking I was a very skinny and fit kid while growing up, as a teenager I was an athlete, dancer, and the top fitness student in gym. When I entered college I never gained freshman fifteen because I lived at home and the the health and fitness happened all the time, in the gym 3 times a week, eating regular meals and a health bar if I wanted a snack.
In 2008, I started my career as a social worker, and that was the highlight of my life. I was waiting for this opportunity that I was blessed with. Months down the line I gained 10 pounds, after a 10 pound gain I didn't care it was 10 pds right .... WRONG! After 10 pounds, 10 pds became 20. In 2010, I was still looking decent but then I noticed I began to eat out a lot.Something that was once a week, became 2 times a week, until it was every weekend friday to Sunday fast food. I cooked only Sundays and that was if I felt like it. I felt like a balloon, but I was in love and I it was ok. It became very depressing shopping because I couldn't wear my size anymore. After my break up I became more depressed because then my grandmother died in March 2011. After she died the weight continued, the eating continued
Then January 2012 I cut off all my hair and decided to go natural, with my new hair do I was on a yo yo diet, May 2012 my doctor said I was 197 pds and at 5'6 that was beyond obese! That day I went on a detox, started eating my own cooked meals and then I lost seven pounds July 2012 making me 190, when my doctor saw I lost seven pounds she was very excited making me want to lose more I went back in September 2012 I lost another 3 pounds all together I lost 10 pds, and now in November I am 185.
