Today I write about the infamous M3, moves, mottos, and motivation. Its crazy how in life we have these theories and thoughts of what moves , mottos, and motivations we have. Well through this I will write M3 in reference to all three.
Moves: it is a form of directive
I start off with moves because in life we can't do anything if we don't make moves. My moves where to go to the doctor and look at how much I weighed , get the weight, change my stress levels, change my fridge and then get a membership to a gym and last work out. When I began doing those things I found myself to create a motto in life.
Motto: a goal or inspirational being to
Motivate.
My second step was my motto and my motto to myself in life and will stay with me forever (believe, achieve , and move forward). I was using move forward before Obama campaign lol! But no those words became the strength to my everyday life when I started to lose weight, and my motto started with my moves. I lost many friendships and relationships due to this motto because it was either I was going to be healthy and happy or I was going to try to make everyone happy and that wasn't the life I should have been living.last was motivation.
Motivation: something that brings the individual to do or continue to do great things.
Last, motivation was the key to my 15 pound weight loss. My motivation started with my friend Tiff. One day she decided she had to lose weight and she looked so good and then I decided I had to do it. Another motivation was my mother my mother lost a lot of weight to for her health. My final motivation was my doctor telling me I was 197, I had high blood pressure, and had low iron, and thats all I needed to get on my weight loss journey and now I am happy so now find out what's your M3 to move, motto, and motivate in life.
