sex, love, and healthy living in a new year

hey bloggers.
As this new year starts; I am here to speak to you about sex, love, and healthly living in the new year. We all make resolutions for the new year, and they all come down to those three factors in life. In a New Years resolution, we discuss about how we want to better our health choices and that maybe we can find love, and that we can indulge in the greatest sex of our lives. 
Well today, I want to discuss with you in how we can have all three for the new year. I am a very strong believer in spirituality, and that if we get our mind right that we can get our body right. To receive a fit and amazing body we need to work on our minds first. What a lot of us do not understand is that baby steps are what we take to apporoach the goals we make for ourselves. I, for example; when making my journey to lose weight I decided there are a lot of things in life that I needed to get rid of, first it was the toxic friendships and relationships that I get into, the unhealthy good habits I had, and the most important the crazy men I would encounter my life with. As a lady with a fitter body, my choices were to eat what I enjoyed but cleaner and to workout more. Did you know that we as a NE coast state we have a long winter meaning we as a people prefer to hibernate! Well that is the first step to know that you are wrong. Winter is the best time to get fit and that is when you should want to go workout more. In the summer we want out beach bodies and I enjoy two piece swimsuits, so I like looking fabulous in a two piece. So your first step is to workout out from September to April.
Did you know that SEX is an amazing workout and also a great way to keep your relationship going strong. Right now sex is not a priorty in my life, call me old fashion but I am not in college any more and I prefer to be in a relationship, but did you know that WORKING OUT and. SEX have a lot in common. Both increase your estrogen and testosterone levels, it also causes you to sweat, women both causes your menastrual pains to decrease, and both can help you burn an average of 1,000 calories a day! who doesn't want that. So I want you to know is get them boots knocking either in a workout or for fun in the bedroom, but it works. 
Last but not least LOVE, many people may wonder how can love help me lose weight. In Redbook magazine there was an article stating that women lose more weight when in love with a man than when being single. Who would of thought! Four women placed an article about their amazing weight loss experience all due to being in love and it worked for them. Even though I am a single gal, I always look for love knowing that one day it will find me again. Single or in love with another person there is one person you must be in love with first, and that my friend is you.
