Holiday eating and all that it brings

Hey bloggers today am speaking to you about holiday healthy eating, I know we are all allowed a cheat day, but how about a cheat day the healthy way. With my brand new weight loss I learned how to eat what I want in portions, like for thanksgiving we know its an American tradition that a lot of people in this country take seriously. You have turkey, stuffing, potato salad, mashed potatoes, salad, vegetables, biscuits, and desserts for days. Well everything you see is good, but me myself I like to limit what I eat. This year I choose to fill up my plate one time and no dessert. I bake sweets all the time and I found myself to lose my sweet tooth
1. Because I love my pearly whites
2. I dont like being at the dentist more then twice a year. I not stopping you from having sweets, but if you choose dessert make sure its low in calories so the guilty feeling is not there. Good luck my bloggers and enjoy your thanksgiving.
