Being safe while detoxing
Today I went to the gym and felt as if I almost died felt like Deja Vu! While working out with a friend and after running the trendmill for 30 minutes and feeling fine, I decided to get on the bike and ride for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes I noticed myself stopping and feeling that my chest becoming tight. I still manage to move not remembering that I started a detox yesterday, and that all I consumed was fruit. I also had went to the gym the day before and had went hard for 2 hours. WORDS OF THE WISE: DO NOT , I MEAN DO NOT DETOX AND WORKOUT AND FOR YOU LADIES WHO WORKOUT LIKE ME DO NOT DO IT ON YOUR MONTHLY. Losing oxygen is the worst feeling ever, and to experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I recommend before detoxing consult with a doctor. I can detox because I consulted with my doctor, and I found a workout routine that worked for me. I will never tell you not to, but you must always consult with your doctor before doing anything. I see a lot of women who have developed weight gain and have also gone on diets, but in the wrong way. We all men and women need to do it the right way and take our time to lose weight the natural and right way. The weight lost jorney always starts with prayer, mind function, and belief. Well bloggers I also will be developing a youtube page so get ready. Stay strong and until you make your goal work hard.
