hey bloggers sorry I haven't been here taking to much time losing weight in a week I lost 4 pounds thats right four pounds ! 😌 I am blessed to say that not only did prayer get me here but hard work, detection, and self love. Today am going to give you the top five ways of losing weight.
1. detox once a month. Choose a week where you are comfortable and do a detox I do the GM detox, but there are plenty out there for you to enjoy.
2. once a week a 24 hour fast! If you like to have fun with friends and drink like I do, a fast of just water and natural fruit juice cleanses your system which can help also with a hangover.
3. Push yourself! when you hit the gym add an extra day, extra work out, or extra time every week. Your body gets use to the workout. What I normally do is add 10 to 15 more to my workout.
4. Go through it with friends. I always try to push my friends but you can only lead the horse to the water. What my motivation and my support is my family especially my sister and my best friend without them and their support I would be a coach potato.
5. Last but not least, prayer and yoga! As a child I was always to believe prayer can do anything . Every morning and night I have a conversation with God and do my breathing a stretching.
